Jess ran 7 interviews across 4 user groups, built an affinity map, mapped the five-persona flow and designed 3 of the 5 views (school admin, teacher, parent) across 100+ desktop, phone and tablet screens, on a WCAG 2.2 AA UI kit. Version 1 launched September 2026; a trip goes from idea to ready in about 10 minutes. Five tire-health tools became one role-adaptive platform: 75% fewer errors, 7.5-second average task time, +90% workflow efficiency, 70+ accessibility fixes before handoff and zero failed usability tests. 1st place at the UMSI 2025 Showcase.
